Breakwater Quays was a joint venture project comprising a staged redevelopment of Townsville’s Breakwater area. The development included 1,000 apartments across 17 buildings, the tallest a 15-level tower. Consolidated Properties Group obtained all approvals and developed the 26 waterfront housing allotments before selling the balance development sites and the marina to three multi-national developers.
