DA Approved for 25-Storey Tower at Yeerongpilly Green
Consolidated Properties Group (CPG) has secured development approval for a new 25-storey residential building within its Yeerongpilly Green (YG) precinct in Brisbane’s inner southern suburbs.
The building will feature181 luxury two- and three-bedroom apartments on prestigious King Arthur Terrace, with uninterrupted views to the Brisbane River, Indooroopilly Golf Course and the Brisbane CBD.
Located within one of Brisbane’s 2032 Olympic Games precincts, the new tower will be located just moments away from the site of the Olympic tennis events and within walking distance of the upgraded Yeerongpilly Cross River Rail station.
The 4,323sqm site has been designed to integrate seamlessly with its surroundings, prioritising green space and community connection. The tower will be carefully nestled within over 1,500sqm of landscaped gardens, with the building footprint reduced significantly to create privately-owned publicly accessible parkland.
CPG CEO and Chairman, Don O’Rorke said “Yeerongpilly Green is quickly becoming a thriving riverside neighbourhood and we’ve chosen to develop our new residential tower here as part of our commitment to creating places where people love to live.
“The views will be like nothing Brisbane has seen before. It is incredibly rare to have a northern elevated view that combines the river, golf course, city lights and the hills of Mt Coo-tha. We expect that locals will quickly recognise the uniqueness of this opportunity.
“The generous apartment sizes are perfect for people wanting to downsize but who won’t compromise on living space.”.
The project complements the award-winning retail village, YG Riverside Village, which boasts a Woolworths, Goodlife gym and a growing restaurant scene.
