CPG Marks Major Milestone In Diversity Journey

She joins Consolidated Properties Group from Wolter Consulting Group where she was most recently Associate Planner.
Ms Panagakos spent two years at National Storage where she was most recently Assistant Development Manager, working on the storage giant’s rapid expansion of sites in Australia.
Ms Rex is a trained valuer and has extensive experience valuing a wide variety of retail, office and industrial properties for a diverse range of institutional and private clients.
Prior to joining CPG she was a property investment analyst with Mulpha International.
Ms Tohill and Ms Panagakos will be working across the full CPG residential portfolio, including Yeerongpilly Green and the forthcoming development at 600 Coronation Drive. While Ms Rex will be working across the retail and commercial portfolio that includes several Neighbourhood Shopping Centres and the under-construction 895 Ann St in Fortitude Valley.
CPG CEO and Chairman Don O’Rorke said the new appointments symbolise both the growth of Consolidated and its evolving nature in its fifth decade in business.
“These three new managers bolster our development team at an important time as we continue to build our portfolio across all asset classes,” Mr O’Rorke said.
“But also, they signal how far our company has come in 40-plus years with a female-dominated office that includes the best of the best in the development business.
“Research shows gender-diverse businesses are more profitable than male-dominated teams and are a better place to work, for men and women.
“The industry is changing and, in my opinion, very much for the better. I’m eager to see what changes transpire in the next decade.”
Mr O’Rorke said it is an exciting time for CPG’s masterplanned communities with construction set to kick off next month on Yeerongpilly Green, a joint venture between CPG and CVS Lane Capital Partners.
Yeerongpilly Green, just five kilometres from the Brisbane CBD, will on completion feature 1,200 homes and apartments, surrounded by a retail village and commercial amenities, along with 1.8 hectares of green space and parklands.
The first stage consists of two residential buildings and 10 boutique terraces.
