CPG recruits five new full-time staff to join Brisbane head office team
We have recruited five new full-time staff to our core head office team, to support the company’s drive and growth across the State’s commercial and residential development sector.
Our Executive Chairman, Don O’Rorke, said the success and growth of the company, and in particular its residential portfolio which includes current projects Yeerongpilly Green and Spire, has prompted the hires.
“We are currently witnessing a real up-swing in the residential market, as Brisbane’s population continues to grow at a steady rate, and people are seeking quality residential products closer to the Brisbane CBD,” Mr O’Rorke said.
“As a company, we identified a need to expand our team to ensure we remain able to deliver our development pipeline, respond to the changing needs of the market and to maximise future development opportunities.
“Each of our newly appointed team members join with a solid background of achievements in their area of expertise. Importantly, they are also a good fit within the Consolidated Properties’ team culture which has been cultivated over our 35 years within the industry.
“I am pleased to welcome Mark Ibrahim as Financial Controller, and Sarah Shields as my Executive Assistant. Chris Mitchell joins the residential sales team, along with Michael Ryan and Adam Pope as residential Project Managers.”
We have recently relocated to new office premises within the Aurizon building at 175 Eagle Street in Brisbane’s CBD. Our new office space has been purposely designed to allow for an expanding team, and reflects modern workplace trends.
The company’s current development pipeline stands at more than $2 billion which includes projects such as Corner Stone Living, Yeerongpilly
