CPG welcomes new staff to leasing & accounts roles

We have recently recruited another two new full-time staff to our core head office team, to support the company’s drive and growth.

Daniel Doran – Retail Leasing Coordinator

Daniel is responsible for coordinating new and existing retail leasing opportunities for Consolidated Properties. His role incorporates directly securing anchor tenants, coordinating outside agents and securing tenant led retail development opportunities under $10m.

His current projects include the redevelopment of the Karalee Town Centre, Casuarina Village and the retail phase of Yeerongpilly Green.

Daniel joined Consolidated Properties from Colliers International with five years’ industry experience.

Anoma Dayananda – Accounts Officer

Anoma is responsible for all accounting matters including accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll management in conjunction with our accountant, Emily Chen and our financial controller, Mark Ibrahim.

Anoma currently holds a Certificate II and III in Business. She is also aiming to complete her accounting degree whilst working at Consolidated Properties

Prior to working at Consolidated Properties, Anoma worked at Darra Joinery as their full time office manager.
