900 Ann Street is a 23,000m2 15-level premium-grade commercial office tower located in the heart of Brisbane’s burgeoning Fortitude Valley.

Designed by John Wardle Architects and built by Hutchinson Builders, the tower’s design features innovative floorplans and meeting hubs to encourage collaboration, flexibility and creativity.

The building was sold to Charter Hall in 2016 and tenanted to leading freight company, Aurizon, on a 12-year lease. Charter Hall will manage the building as part of a 120-year lease from the Anglican Church, ensuring the long-term future of the existing church building. This workplace is uniquely located within the garden precinct of the Anglican church – a tranquil garden oasis for employees to enjoy. Overlooking the gardens, Whistle Dixie operates a cafe in the lobby retail space.

900 Ann Street was officially opened on the 8th June 2018 by the Right Honourable The Lord Mayor of Brisbane Graham Quirk marking the official handover from Consolidated Properties Group.
