Consolidated Properties Group and CVS Lane Capital Partners acquired the strong performing Woolworths anchored Neighbourhood Shopping Centre in July 2015 for $18 million. Since then, the centre has undergone a major refurbishment including the addition of a Coles Supermarket to the growing centre. Stage one and two were completed in 2019 and the final stage of redevelopment is now underway.
