Yeerongpilly Green is an $850m, mixed use – master planned project, strategically located at Yeerongpilly and 6km south east of the Brisbane CBD. The TOD project is being undertaken in a joint venture between Consolidated Properties Group, CVS Lane Capital Partners and the Queensland Government.

YG Riverside Village opened in August 2023, with Woolworths, BWS and Priceline Pharmacy, who are the first of many exciting tenants who will open for the local trade area. Strategically located at the centre of the Yeerongpilly Green, YG Riversdie Village is large, modern, mixed use, retail, commercial, dining and entertainment centre.

The new urban village will comprise numerous key precincts including commercial, retail, residential and entertainment, alongside parkland and recreation areas. The first stage of the residential development, King Arthur Terraces, is under construction with Hutchinson Builders.
