The Consolidated Properties Group Risk Committee assists the organisation in understanding the risks it faces at both a corporate and project level. It also examines the risk mitigants for the identified risks.

The Risk Committee has the ability to deep dive where required, utilising base data such as individual monthly project reports.

Consolidated Properties Group’s DNA is strongly risk adverse and the Risk Committee formalises the collation of data in its current business and projects and the forecast future environment the business operates in.

The risk committee meet quarterly.
