Consolidated Properties Group and Joint Venture partners CVS Lane Capital Partners have acquired and are re-developing the Pavilions Palm Beach Neighbourhood Shopping Centre. The centre is anchored by a brand new 3,700 m² latest generation Coles supermarket and 23 specialties with construction due for completion in 2020.
