Consolidated Properties Group has lodged a development application for a residential tower in one of Brisbane’s 2032 Olympic Games venue precincts.

The Rothelowman designed, 25-storey tower will deliver luxury apartments in this dynamic area, home to the Olympic tennis events and within walking distance of the upgraded Yeerongpilly Cross River Rail train station.

• 30 Bedivere St, situated within the riverside precinct of Yeerongpilly Green, holds prime position, with front row views to the river, Indooroopilly Golf Course and the city.
• Consolidated Properties Group have recently delivered an award-winning shopping centre and 24 townhouses and are looking to gain approval for much needed housing in this key inner-ring location.

The proposed development will be the first in a series of buildings at Yeerongpilly Green that focus on minimising the building footprint and maximising public gardens. The development will include over 2,000m2 of public gardens on the ground plane.
